Welcome, my name is Rich and I’m a Humboldt County, California based commercial/portrait photographer. My journey into photography began with traveling and exploring the great outdoors. Once I realized photography was actually my passion, I became a sponge, learning and absorbing everything I could that was photography related. And while I still photograph nature and my travels for myself, professionally, my main focus is in commercial work including environmental portraits. I love the entire process and the challenges that come along with these types of shoots. From the planning and collaboration all the way through to the post processing of the images. I really strive for my work to convey my level of passion and attention to detail.
